Grilled Kickn' Chicken

INGREDIENTS: 2 servings 2 chicken breasts 2 tsp. Gourmet Inspirations Kickn’ Chicken Rub Drizzle of olive oil Drizzle of Gourmet Inspirations Canadian Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce   DIRECTIONS: Heat Grill on high till it reaches 400F. Turn down to medium. Sprinkle Gourmet Inspirations Kickn’ Chicken Rub over chicken. Drizzle with oil. Grill on each side for approx 10-15 min or until internal temperature reaches 170F. Drizzle with Gourmet Inspirations Canadian Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Serve with baked potato (and the trimmings!), and an arugula/tomato/feta salad.

Rustic Potato Salad

6 servings (with potential leftovers) INGREDIENTS: 1 - 680g bag mixed baby potatoes, quartered. 4 eggs boiled, peeled, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped fine 3 stalks green onion, chopped fine ½-¾ cup mayonnaise ½-¾ cup sour cream (depending how creamy you like it) 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard (more if you like it more tart) 1 tsp. Gourmet Inspirations land n’ Sea Rub   DIRECTIONS: Boil potatoes for approx. 15 min or until slightly soft. Mix all ingredients well. Let stand for 2-4 hours or overnight allowing flavours to meld! Garnish with "angle sliced" green onion when serving :)

Prairie Berry Dessert Crepes

Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk3 large eggs3 tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon salt5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup all-purpose flourAdditional butter for cookingPrairie Berry Dessert sauceLightly sweetened whipped cream Directions: In a blender, combine milk and eggs. Mix on medium-high speed until foamy, about 10 seconds. Turn blender to low speed and remove feed top. With blender going, add sugar and salt. Baked Brie with Prairie Berry Dessert Sauce

INGREDIENTS: 1 – 8 oz. round of Brie cheese (rind removed)4 tablespoons of brown sugar1 tablespoon of hot water1/4 cup of thinly sliced almonds1/2 baguette sliced thinly on an angle and toastedGourmet Inspirations Prairie Berry Dessert Sauce INSTRUCTIONS: Place brie in small to medium sized baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
