Garlic Lovers Aioli

Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Inspirations "Garlic Lovers" seasoning blend
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
- While continuously whisking, slowly pour the olive oil into the bowl in a steady stream until the mixture emulsifies and thickens.
- Add the Gourmet Inspirations "Garlic Lovers" seasoning blend and whisk to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the aioli to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
