Fruit Kebab With Salted Caramel Cream Cheese Dip

Makes 7 skewers Ingredients: 7 grapes 7 cubes watermelon 7 cubes cantaloupe 7 cubes honeydew melon 7 hulled strawberries 14 blueberries ½  cup Gourmet Inspirations Salted Caramel Whisky dessert sauce 1 - 8oz package cream cheese, softened. Instructions: Take 7 wooden skewers and thread the fruit pieces in a pattern you like best. Soften cream cheese by taking out of fridge a few hours before using or soften using microwave. Whip/beat cream cheese with caramel sauce using beater. Serve kebabs on platter with side dish of dipping sauce.

Iced Salted Caramel Coffee 2nd edition

1 serving INGREDIENTS: ¾ cup milk (2%) 3 tbsp. Gourmet Inspirations Salted Caramel Whisky Dessert Sauce Splash of real Mexican vanilla 1 oz. Espresso vodka (By Capital K) or use Rum/whisky Dash of Cinnamon 1 oz. mixed instant coffee Ice DIRECTIONS: Fill a tall glass halfway with ice. Place remaining ingredients in a 500 ml mason jar, close and shake. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Gourmet Inspirations Whole Baked Apple with crumble on top and caramel sauce & ice cream

(Make it gluten free by using GF oats and add a bit of cornstarch instead of flour) Ingredients: 2 apples (recommended: Fuji or McIntosh) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons butter, cold and diced 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 cup oats, uncooked 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch salt Vanilla ice cream ½ bottle Gourmet Inspirations Salted Caramel Whisky sauce Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut each apple in half along its equator. Using a melon baller, cut out each side of the core, creating a rounded hole. Rub exposed apple flesh with lemon juice. Gourmet Inspirations Grilled Peaches

Ingredients: - Fresh peaches, split and pitted - Melted butter (or oil) - Salted Caramel Whisky Dessert Sauce - Vanilla ice cream (optional?!) Instructions: 1. Heat grill to high. 2. Brush peaches with butter. 3. place peaches on grill, cut side down. 4. Cook for 4 min or so. 5. Remove from grill, plate and drizzle liberally with salted caramel whisky! 6. Serve with ice cream.
