Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp. Baking powder 1 tsp. Baking soda ½ tsp. Salt 2 tbsp. Sugar 2 cups butter milk (or add 2 tbsp. White vinegar to milk to make buttermilk) 2 eggs 1 tsp. Fruit Kebab With Salted Caramel Cream Cheese Dip

Makes 7 skewers Ingredients: 7 grapes 7 cubes watermelon 7 cubes cantaloupe 7 cubes honeydew melon 7 hulled strawberries 14 blueberries ½  cup Gourmet Inspirations Salted Caramel Whisky dessert sauce 1 - 8oz package cream cheese, softened. Instructions: Take 7 wooden skewers and thread the fruit pieces in a pattern you like best. Soften cream cheese by taking out of fridge a few hours before using or soften using microwave. Whip/beat cream cheese with caramel sauce using beater. Serve kebabs on platter with side dish of dipping sauce.

Creamy Lemon Dill Pasta

Ingredients: 1 lb. dry linguine , fettucine or spaghetti (We used Nature’s Farm Wild Rice Linguine) Salt and freshly ground black pepper Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon sauce ½ cup whipping cream Few sprigs fresh dill 1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan , plus more for serving ¼ cup slivered almonds for garnishing. INSTRUCTIONS Cook pasta in salted water according to directions listed on package. Drain water and return pasta to pot.  Heat a sauce pan over medium-low heat and add Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon sauce, whipped cream and dill. Stir and heat until bubbling. Sweet potato side dish with candied pecans

Serves 4. Ingredients: POTATO dish: 2 medium (about 3 1/2 pounds) orange sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt¼ cup Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn Whisky Sauce PECANS garnish: 1 tablespoon butter 1/3 cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons sugar   Instructions: Combine sweet potatoes and enough water to cover in 4-quart saucepan.
