Hazelnut Glazed Carrots

  Ingredients: - 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced - 2 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Hazelnut Syrup - Pinch of salt Method: - Steam carrots until tender. - Melt butter, stir in syrup. - Toss carrots in glaze, season with salt.

Hazelnut Espresso Martini

  Ingredients: - 2 oz vodka - 1 oz fresh espresso - 1 oz Gourmet Inspirations Hazelnut Syrup - Ice Method: - Shake vodka, espresso, and syrup with ice. - Strain into martini glass.

Caramel Glazed Salmon

  Ingredients: - 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Caramel Syrup - 1 tbsp olive oil Method: - Mix soy sauce, syrup, and oil. - Brush glaze over salmon. - Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Smoky Veggie Chili

  Ingredients: - 2 cans beans (15 oz each) - 1 cup corn - 1 red pepper, diced - 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz) - 2 tbsp Smoke & Spice Rub Method: - Combine beans, corn, pepper, and tomatoes in pot. - Add rub. - Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  Ingredients: - 2 cups mixed nuts - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1½ tbsp Smoke & Spice Rub Method: - Toss nuts with oil and rub. - Spread on baking sheet. - Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.

Smoky Lentil Stew

  Ingredients: - 1 cup dry lentils - 2 carrots, diced - 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz) - 4 cups vegetable broth - 2 tbsp Smoke & Spice Rub Method: - Simmer lentils, carrots, tomatoes, and broth for 25 minutes. - Stir in rub. - Cook 10 minutes more, serve hot.

  Ingredients: - 6 eggs - 1 cup spinach - ½ cup shredded cheese - 1 tsp Land n’ Sea Rub - 1 tbsp butter Method: - Whisk eggs with rub. - Cook in butter, add spinach. - Sprinkle cheese before serving.
