Grilled Avocado with Land n' Sea Rub

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp Land 'N Sea Rub (or more to taste) (Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spices/Herbs)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Steps:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Leave the skin intact.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and Land 'N Sea Rub. Mix well to create a paste.
- Brush the avocado halves with the Land 'N Sea Rub paste, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the avocado halves cut-side down on the preheated grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
- Flip the avocados carefully using a spatula and continue grilling for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the grilled avocados from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado halves.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
