Grilled Avocado with Land n' Sea Rub

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp Land 'N Sea Rub (or more to taste) (Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spices/Herbs)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Recipe

Steps:

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Leave the skin intact.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and Land 'N Sea Rub. Mix well to create a paste.
  • Brush the avocado halves with the Land 'N Sea Rub paste, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place the avocado halves cut-side down on the preheated grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
  • Flip the avocados carefully using a spatula and continue grilling for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Remove the grilled avocados from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado halves.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
