Garlic and lemon roasted potatoes

INGREDIENTS: 20 20 mini potatoes, cut in half 1-2 Tbsp olive oil (just enough to coat the bottom of your baking sheet) 1 tsp Sea salt GI sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce   DIRECTIONS:   1. Preheat oven to 425 F. 2. Toss new baby potatoes in a bowl with oil and salt. Transfer cast iron skillet or baking sheet. Roast in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. 3. When potatoes are almost finished roasting, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until garlic is soft and fragrant, but not browned. Turn off heat under pan. Gourmet Inspirations Whole Baked Apple with crumble on top and caramel sauce & ice cream

(Make it gluten free by using GF oats and add a bit of cornstarch instead of flour) Ingredients: 2 apples (recommended: Fuji or McIntosh) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons butter, cold and diced 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 cup oats, uncooked 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch salt Vanilla ice cream ½ bottle Gourmet Inspirations Salted Caramel Whisky sauce Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Gourmet Inspirations Grilled Peaches

Ingredients: - Fresh peaches, split and pitted - Melted butter (or oil) - Salted Caramel Whisky Dessert Sauce - Vanilla ice cream (optional?!) Instructions: 1. Heat grill to high. 2. Brush peaches with butter. 3. place peaches on grill, cut side down. 4. Cook for 4 min or so. 5. Remove from grill, plate and drizzle liberally with salted caramel whisky! 6. Serve with ice cream.
