Smoke & Spice Steak Bites with Creamy Peppercorn Whisky Sauce š„©š“āØ

Serves: 3-4| Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15-20 minutes |Total Time: 30-35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lbĀ New York steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbspĀ Gourmet Inspirations Smoke & Spice Rub
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cupĀ Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn Whisky Steak Sauce
- 1 cupĀ button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 largeĀ onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbspĀ olive oil
Instructions:

Marinate the steak:
In a bowl, combine the steak bites with Smoke & Spice Rub, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let sit for 10ā15 minutes while you prep the vegetables. -
Cook the steak bites:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for 2ā4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from the pan and set aside. -
SautƩ mushrooms and onions:
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sautĆ© the mushrooms and onions over medium heat. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 7ā10 minutes. -
Add the sauce:
Lower the heat and stir in the Creamy Peppercorn Whisky Sauce. Mix gently until everything is evenly coated and heated through. -
Serve:
Plate the steak bites and top with the creamy mushroom and onion sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
