Ham, Egg, & Cheese Egg Cups 🍳🥓

Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 12 slices ham
- 6 slices provolone cheese (cut into quarters)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Veggie Fusion seasoning
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare muffin pan: Spray a standard 12-cup muffin tin generously with nonstick cooking spray.

Form ham cups: Press 1 slice of ham into each muffin cup, shaping it to line the bottom and sides.

Add cheese: Place 1/4 slice of provolone cheese into each ham-lined cup.

Add eggs: Crack one whole egg into each cup over the ham and cheese.

Season: Sprinkle each egg with salt, cracked black pepper, Veggie Fusion seasoning, and sliced green onion.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 16–20 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you prefer your yolks.
