Ham, Egg, & Cheese Egg Cups 🍳🥓

Yield: 12 egg cups | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15-20 minutes |Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 12 slices ham
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (cut into quarters)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Veggie Fusion seasoning
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Nonstick cooking spray

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare muffin pan: Spray a standard 12-cup muffin tin generously with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Form ham cups: Press 1 slice of ham into each muffin cup, shaping it to line the bottom and sides.

  4. Add cheese: Place 1/4 slice of provolone cheese into each ham-lined cup.

  5. Add eggs: Crack one whole egg into each cup over the ham and cheese.

  6. Season: Sprinkle each egg with salt, cracked black pepper, Veggie Fusion seasoning, and sliced green onion.

  7. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 16–20 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you prefer your yolks.

  8. Cool slightly and serve: Let cool for 2–3 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
