Sesame Encrusted Lemon Chicken Breast

4 Chicken Breasts

½ cup Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce

¼ tsp salt

1 cup panko 

¼ cups toasted sesame seeds

Olive oil spray (or you can just drizzle)

Dip option:


  1. Brush sauce onto chicken breast or place sauce in a dish and dip chicken in the sauce.
  2. Mix salt, panko and sesame seeds.
  3. Dip sauced chicken in sesame mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet with parchment.
  5. Spray or drizzle with oil.
  6. Bake at 400F for approx 30 minutes or until done. (juices should be running clear. No pink. Or measure with meat thermometer - 165F)
  7. Serve with a drizzle of more lemon sauce and sides of steamed rice and edamame.
