NO BASTE Turkey & other serving suggestions

No basting required. For a 10-12lb bird, mix entire package of rub with 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil or melted butter. Rub on turkey and roast as usual (again, do not baste). Take your food to the next level! Substitute white wine, apple or orange juice for a portion of the oil. Add some of the dry rub when preparing your stuffing or dressing. When preparing soup, use as substitute for soup bases.

Fried Mashed Potato Balls 1 cup left over mashed potatoes ¼-½ cup shredded cheese of choice 1 egg 2 tbsp. Bread crumbs Panko bread crumbs for breading Grated parmesan and green onion for garnish (optional) 2-4 cups of vegetable oil for frying Dipping sauce options: Gourmet Inspirations veggie fusion dip (use dry product and mix with sour cream and mayo) Chipotle mayo Pesto mayo Lemon mayo (mix Gourmet Inspirations sweet & Spicy lemon sauce with mayo) Optional: Add bacon bits and chives. Marinated Mushrooms & Onions

  Marinated Mushrooms & Onions 10 button mushrooms 1 medium onion ¾ cup apple juice ¼ cup white vinegar 2 tsp veggie fusion garnish 1 tbsp. White sugar 1/4 cup vegetable/canola oil Directions: Whisk together apple juice, vinegar, oil, veggie fusion and sugar. Cut each mushroom into 4 pieces. Peel and cut onion in half. Slice onion. Mix together and let stand up to 24 hours before serving. If you marinate longer then that they mushrooms tend to get too soft.

  Meat Balls with Turkey Rub 1 lb lean ground beef 1 egg ¼ cup bread crumbs 2 tsp. Gourmet Inspirations Garlic Lovers Seasoning ½ tsp salt 2 tsp. Prepared mustard 2 Tbsp.  Gourmet Inspirations No Fuss Turkey Rub Dip/Drizzle options: Spicy mayo (mix Gourmet Inspirations Smoke & Spice rub with mayo) Lemon mayo (Mix Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce with mayo) Directions: Mix all ingredients except Turkey Rub. Place Turkey Rub on a saucer. Shape meat into small balls. Roll balls in the rub. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 min at 400F.

Sesame Encrusted Lemon Chicken Breast 4 Chicken Breasts ½ cup Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce ¼ tsp salt 1 cup panko  ¼ cups toasted sesame seeds Olive oil spray (or you can just drizzle) Dip option: Lemon May (Mix Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon sauce with mayo) Directions: Brush sauce onto chicken breast or place sauce in a dish and dip chicken in the sauce.
