4 pieces sole frozen thawed
GI Veggie fusion (sprinkle on to taste)
GI Land n’ Sea (sprinkle on to taste)
4 tbsp salted butter
½ block cream cheese
Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce
Place butter in pan.. In 4 chunks.
Pat dry fish with paper towel.
Season fish with veggie fusion and land n’ sea.
Bake for 10 min at 375F (more or less depending on thickness of fish. You’ll want to bake it about half way).
Top with sauce & cream cheese.
Bake 10-15 Min more at 375F.
Enjoy with side of steamed rice (Garnish with GI veggie fusion garnish) and broccoli.
