Meat Balls with Turkey Rub
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup bread crumbs
2 tsp. Gourmet Inspirations Garlic Lovers Seasoning
½ tsp salt
2 tsp. Prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. Gourmet Inspirations No Fuss Turkey Rub
Dip/Drizzle options:
- Spicy mayo (mix Gourmet Inspirations Smoke & Spice rub with mayo)
- Lemon mayo (Mix Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce with mayo)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except Turkey Rub.
- Place Turkey Rub on a saucer.
- Shape meat into small balls.
- Roll balls in the rub.
- Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 min at 400F.
