Spicy Breakfast Hash

Ingredients:

- 3 medium potatoes, diced

- 1 bell pepper, diced

- ½ lb breakfast sausage, sliced

- 2 tbsp Kickn’ Chicken Rub

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

- Fry potatoes in olive oil until golden.

- Add sausage and peppers.

- Sprinkle rub, cook 5 minutes more.
