Orange Creamsicle Dirty Soda

A nostalgic twist on a classic float — bubbly, creamy & refreshing
Serves: 1 · Total Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
• 2 oz GI Vanilla Simple Syrup (or Mexican Vanilla Syrup)
• 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
• 4 oz sparkling water or club soda
• Ice
• 1 orange slice, for garnish
• Optional: splash of orange juice for extra citrus
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour the GI Vanilla Syrup over the ice.
3. Add the heavy cream and stir gently to combine.
4. Top with sparkling water and give it a slow stir to keep the carbonation.
5. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim and serve immediately.
TIPS
★ For a boozy version, add 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka before the sparkling water.
★ Coconut cream instead of heavy cream gives a tropical spin — pairs great with the Mango Pineapple Syrup too.
