How to Install Your Pump

1. Twist the top counterclockwise to unlock the pump.
   
2. Insert the pump into the bottle, but don’t press it all the way down yet (this helps prevent overflow). Don’t screw it on just yet.
   
3. Press the pump down fully twice to prime it.
   
4. Once primed, tighten the pump securely onto the bottle.
   

How to Clean Your Pump

1. Hold the spout under hot running water to dissolve any built-up sugar.
   
2. While rinsing, gently press down on the pump to flush water through.
   
3. Continue until the water runs clear and rinse all parts thoroughly.
   
4. Let the pump dry completely before placing it back on a bottle to avoid cross-contamination.

Unopened - they are good indefinitely

Once opened, syrups will typically last about 3 months at room temperature and up to 8 months in the fridge. For the longest shelf life and best quality, we recommend refrigerating after opening.
