Salted Caramel Coconut Iced Latte
Coffee-shop quality in your own kitchen. The salted caramel does the sweetening; the coconut syrup adds that tropical, slightly creamy edge.
Serves 1
Ingredients

1/2 cup chilled coffee, cold brew, or 2 shots cooled espresso

3/4 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or coconut all work beautifully)

Ice
Method

Add the Salted Caramel and Coconut syrups to the bottom of a tall glass.

Pour in your chilled coffee, cold brew, or cooled espresso and stir well to dissolve the syrups.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour the milk over the top.

Stir gently before sipping, or leave layered for a prettier presentation.
Tip: Adjust the syrup ratio to taste — start with a 2:1 caramel-to-coconut ratio and tweak from there.
