Grilled Veggie Skewers

 

Ingredients:

- 1 zucchini, sliced

- 1 cup mushrooms

- 1 red pepper, cubed

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1½ tbsp Land n’ Sea Rub

Method:

- Skewer vegetables.

- Brush with oil and rub.

- Grill 8–10 minutes until tender.
