Garlic Lovers Tomato Tart

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 1–2 tsp Gourmet Inspirations Garlic Lovers seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large tomato (sliced and halved)
- Fresh thyme (a few sprigs)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare pastry:

Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.

Fold over the edges slightly and press down the center with a fork to create a border.

Place on a greased parchment-lined baking sheet.

First bake:

Bake the pastry squares for about 10–12 minutes, or until nearly fully cooked and lightly golden.

Add toppings:

Arrange halved tomato slices on each pastry square.

Sprinkle with Garlic Lovers seasoning, fresh thyme, and grated Parmesan.

Final bake:

Return to the oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and pastry is golden brown.

Cool and serve:

Let the tarts cool for 5 minutes.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
