🍸 Christmas Cocktail: Gingerbread Espresso Martini

A holiday twist on the classic espresso martini — warming, spiced, and perfect for cozy gatherings.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz fresh espresso (hot or cooled)
  • 0.75 oz Gourmet Inspirations Gingerbread Cookie Syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: whipped cream, dusting of cinnamon or crushed gingerbread cookie

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and gingerbread syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or cookie crumbs.

Optional flair: Rim the glass with crushed gingerbread cookies for extra holiday magic.
