Smoke & Spice BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
- 2–3 lbs pork ribs (or ribs of your choice)
- 2–3 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Smoke & Spice Rub
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Gourmet Inspirations Canadian Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to low/medium heat. Once hot, lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Season the ribs: Generously coat the ribs with Smoke & Spice Rub, gently pressing it into the meat for maximum flavor. Drizzle with olive oil and massage the mixture evenly over the ribs.

Grill the ribs: Place the seasoned ribs on the preheated grill. Cook for 30–45 minutes, turning occasionally, until the ribs are cooked through and tender.

Finish with sauce: In the final 3–5 minutes of cooking, generously brush the ribs with Canadian Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Close the grill lid to let the sauce caramelize slightly.

Serve & enjoy: Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
