🥩 Peppercorn Whisky Steak Dinner

Yield: 2 servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15–20 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (cut of your choice, cooked to your liking)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 shallot, finely diced

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • ¼–½ cup Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn Whiskey Steak Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter.

  2. Add shallots and mushrooms; cook for 3–5 minutes until softened and lightly golden.

  3. Stir in Creamy Peppercorn Whiskey Steak Sauce and reduce heat to medium. Simmer until mushrooms are fully cooked and sauce thickens slightly (about 5–7 minutes).

  4. Remove from heat and spoon the sauce over your cooked steaks.

Serving Suggestion: Pair with roasted potatoes, steamed asparagus, or a fresh green salad.
