Mexican Vanilla Yogurt Bowl with Cinnamon Harvest Granola
Three ingredients, two minutes, one of the best breakfasts you'll have this week. The Mexican Vanilla syrup is what takes it from "yogurt and granola" to something you'll actually look forward to.
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Harvest granola (Nature's Farm, Steinbach MB)
- 1–2 tsp Gourmet Inspirations Mexican Vanilla syrup
Method
- Spoon the yogurt into a wide, shallow bowl and smooth the surface.
- Pile the granola generously on top — don't be shy.
- Drizzle with Mexican Vanilla syrup in a slow zigzag.
- Serve immediately so the granola stays crunchy.
Tip: For a make-ahead version, layer yogurt and syrup the night before and add the granola right before eating.
