Garlic Herb Roasted Olives with Burrata Cheese

2 cups mixed olives, pitted

⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

6 cloves garlic, smashed

1 shallot, quartered

1 lemon, quartered

2 sprigs fresh thyme

Pinch of chili flakes

Gourmet Inspirations Garlic Lovers Seasoning, to taste

3–4 balls burrata cheese, at room temperature

2–3 tbsp honey

Freshly ground black pepper

Fresh basil and/or dill, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

In a baking dish, combine olives, olive oil, garlic, shallot, lemon wedges, thyme, Garlic Lovers Seasoning, and chili flakes.

Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the garlic turns golden and the oil is sizzling.

Remove from oven, discard lemon wedges and herb stems.

Dab burrata dry and break over the warm olives. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften.

Drizzle with honey, season with black pepper, and top with more Garlic Lovers Seasoning and fresh herbs.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with toasted bread or crostini for a stunning appetizer.
