🎅🏼🎄 Gingerbread Rice Crispy Squares

Yield: 12–16 squares| Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes (with cooling time)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter

  • 2–3 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Gingerbread Cookie Syrup

  • 2–3 cups marshmallows

  • 3–4 cups rice crispy cereal

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low–medium heat.

  2. Stir in Gingerbread Cookie Syrup.

  3. Add marshmallows and stir frequently until completely melted.

  4. Remove from heat and mix in cereal until evenly coated.

  5. Press mixture into a greased pan and let sit for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.

Tip: Sprinkle crushed gingersnaps or drizzle extra syrup on top for a festive touch.
