🍎✨ Salted Caramel Baked Apples with Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • β…“ cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of flake salt

  • Gourmet Inspirations Salted Caramel Whiskey Sauce

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 1 small carton whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Brown Sugar Butter Pecan Syrup

  • ΒΌ cup icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

  2. Toss apple slices with olive oil, maple syrup, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a baking dish.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until soft and golden.

  4. While baking, whip cream, syrup, and icing sugar in a chilled metal bowl until stiff peaks form.

  5. Remove apples from oven, drizzle with Salted Caramel Whiskey Sauce, and top with homemade whipped cream.

Tip: Sprinkle extra flake salt or crushed pecans for a sweet–salty finish.
