🍑 Peach‑Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients (serves 4):

4 bone‑in, skin‑on chicken thighs

½ cup Peach Ginger Syrup

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 tsp grated fresh ginger
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together Peach Ginger Syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.

Place chicken thighs in a baking dish. Pour glaze over, turning to coat evenly.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, basting once halfway through, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest for 5 minutes, spoon pan juices over, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
