🍊 Citrus‑Glazed Chicken with Orange Syrup (Oven Version)

Ingredients (serves 4):

4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs

½ cup Orange Syrup
-
2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (regular yellow mustard works as well)

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Garnish: fresh parsley
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk Orange Syrup, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and olive oil.

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased baking dish. Pour glaze over chicken.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes (breasts) or 35–40 minutes (thighs), until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest for 5 minutes, spoon glaze over, and garnish with parsley.
