🍑 Peach‑Glazed Chicken Thighs

 

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 4 bone‑in, skin‑on chicken thighs

  • ½ cup Peach Ginger Syrup

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Peach Ginger Syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and olive oil.

  4. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish. Pour glaze over, turning to coat evenly.

  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, basting once halfway through, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Rest for 5 minutes, spoon pan juices over, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
