Quick & Flavorful Cucumber Salad 🥒🥗✨

Serves: 2-3| Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 green onions, chopped
  • Drizzle of sesame oil
  • Dash of soy sauce
  • Dash of rice wine vinegar
  • 1–2 tablespoons Gourmet Inspirations Veggie Fusion seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 spoonful of cream cheese (for a creamy version)

 

Instructions:

  1. Add the cucumber, red onion, and green onions to a container with a secure lid.

  2. Drizzle in the sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Sprinkle in the Veggie Fusion seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. If you’d like a creamier dressing, add a spoonful of cream cheese.

  4. Close the container and shake vigorously until everything is well combined and the veggies are evenly coated.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to let the flavors develop further.
