Quick & Flavorful Cucumber Salad 🥒🥗✨

Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2–3 green onions, chopped
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Dash of soy sauce
- Dash of rice wine vinegar
- 1–2 tablespoons Gourmet Inspirations Veggie Fusion seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 spoonful of cream cheese (for a creamy version)
Instructions:

Add the cucumber, red onion, and green onions to a container with a secure lid.

Drizzle in the sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Sprinkle in the Veggie Fusion seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

If you’d like a creamier dressing, add a spoonful of cream cheese.

Close the container and shake vigorously until everything is well combined and the veggies are evenly coated.
