Hazelnut Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Hazelnut Syrup
- Whipped cream
Method:
- Heat milk and cocoa.
- Stir in syrup.
- Top with whipped cream.
