Creamy Lemon & Dill Pasta

 

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Shrimp
  • Few sprigs of fresh dill
  • Gourmet Inspirations Land n’ Sea Rub
  • 1 lb. linguine, fettuccine or spaghetti
  • Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • Few sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan , plus more for serving
  • Salt and pepper


Directions:

  • Pan sear fresh shrimp over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until full cooked, flipping halfway through

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to the directions listed on the package. Drain water and return pasta to pot
  • Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and add in olive oil, garlic, and shallot - cook until fragrant. Add in Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon sauce, whipped cream, parmesan and dill. Stir and heat until bubbling. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Toss in pasta and shrimp and stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
