Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, pitted and diced

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • β…“ cup brown sugar

  • Β½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp Gourmet Inspirations Peach Riesling Sauce

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • β…“ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • β…“ cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook peaches with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, brown sugar, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp Peach Riesling Sauce until syrupy (about 2 minutes).

  2. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

  3. In a large container, mix oats, chia seeds, yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, remaining Peach Riesling Sauce, and the cooked peaches.

  4. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy in the morning!

Optional: Top with granola, toasted coconut, or extra peach slices.
