Ingredients

  • Cooked potatoes, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 3–4 chopped pickles

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1–2 tbsp pickle juice

  • 1 tbsp Smak Dab White Wine Herb Mustard

  • Gourmet Inspirations Land n’ Sea Seasoning, to taste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, pickle juice, and mustard.

  2. Add potatoes, celery, green onions, pickles, and dill to the dressing.

  3. Season with Land n’ Sea, salt, and pepper.

  4. Mix gently to coat everything evenly.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving to let the flavours blend.

Serving Suggestion: Garnish with extra dill and a sprinkle of Land n’ Sea just before serving.
