Sweet Potato Shooters with Browned Sage Butter

2 cups sweet potatoes (cooked)
¼ cup Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn whiskey sauce
4 Tbsp. Butter
¼ cup chopped fresh sage
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1) Mash sweet potato with creamy peppercorn sauce
2) Brown Butter (heat butter until it browns)
3) Add sage and sauté
4) Mix sage butter mixture into potato mixture
5) Season to taste
6) Garnish with toasted cashews and fresh sprig of sage
