2 centre cut pork chops
dried parsley
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Oil
Gourmet Inspirations Strawberry Balsamic with Basil Sauce
roasted potatoes
steamed broccoli

1) Season pork chop with salt, pepper and dried parsley
2) Pan sear on high heat
3) Finish cooking pork chop in oven at 375F for about 20 minutes
4) Once on the plate, drizzle with GI sauce
5) Serve with side of roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli
