Ingredients:
2 salmon filets
8 fresh thyme sprigs
2 Tbsp. oil
Gourmet Inspirations Strawberry Balsamic with Basil Sauce
2 cups cooked quinoa
cherry tomatoes as garnish

Instructions:
1. Pan sear salmon with fresh thyme and then finish cooking in 400F oven for 15-minutes
2. Top quinoa with salmon
3. Drizzle with GI sauce
4. Garnish with fresh cherry tomatoes
5. Enjoy with glass of white wine
