2 New York steaks grilled to desired doneness
¼ cup Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn Whiskey Sauce, heated
1 medium onion, fine diced
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced

1) Grill Steak to desired doneness
2) Saute mushrooms and onions in butter
3) Top steak with mushroom mixture
4) Drizzle with GI sauce
5) Serve with a side of twice baked potatoes and steamed broccoli topped with garlic butter. Garnish broccoli with finely diced red pepper.
