2 New York Steaks grilled to desired doneness
¼ cup Gourmet Inspirations Chocolate Port Sauce
Light sprinkle of Blue Cheese or feta
1) Grill Steak to desired doneness
2) Heat chocolate sauce and drizzle over cooked steak
3) Top with small mound of blue cheese or feta and bacon bits
4) Serve with a side of twice baked potatoes and steamed broccoli topped with garlic butter. Garnish broccoli with finely diced red pepper.
