2 servings

1.5 cups raw penne pasta (cooked as instructed on package)
1 medium onion
1.5 cups button mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. Gourmet Inspirations Creamy Peppercorn Whiskey Sauce
½ cups whipping cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or dried thyme leaves as garnish

1. Cook pasta as instructed on package.
2. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
3. Stir in GI sauce and whipping cream. Season with salt and pepper if desired
4. Pour over pasta
5. Garnish with fresh thyme
6. Enjoy with a glass of white wine.
