2 servings

1-2 cups chopped broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and slices
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
¼ cups Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce
3 Tbsp. olive oil

1)  Fry all vegetables in oil
2) Season with salt and pepper
3) Toss with GI sauce
4) Use as topping on rice
