2 filets of your choice white fish (sole or haddock is great)
salt & pepper to taste
fresh dill
Gourmet Inspirations Sweet & Spicy Lemon Sauce, heated


1) Place filets on parchment covered baking sheet
2) Season fish with salt, pepper and dill
3) Bake for approx.. 20 at 400F minutes or until fish is done
4) Drizzle with GI sauce
5) Serve with choice of fresh vegetables
