onion powder
3 Tbsp. canola oil

1) Peel and slice beets and carrots
2) Toss with oil, salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
3) Roast in 400F oven for about 20 – 30 minutes
4) Drizzle with Gourmet Inspirations sauce
